ClearStar, Rosslyn Note Winding Up Of Company Linked To Director

3rd Dec 2015 18:08

LONDON (Alliance News) - ClearStar Inc and Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC have noted that Wildnet Ltd was Thursday put into creditors voluntary liquidation.

The companies made the disclosure because Barney Quinn, the non-executive chairman of ClearStar and a non-executive director at Rosslyn, was recently a director at Wildnet.

They said that Wildnet was a "small" private software company, in which Quinn had previously invested.

Wildnet "has outstanding liabilities owed to third party and trade creditors of approximately GBP17,000. In addition, Wildnet has an outstanding shareholder loan note of approximately GBP1.1 million. Wildnet is being wound up following a decision by its shareholders that they no longer wish to support the business," the companies said.
