(Alliance News) - City Merchants High Yield Trust Ltd on Monday said it will begin life as Invesco Bond Income Plus Ltd next week, after its merger with Invesco Enhanced Income Ltd was sealed.
The deal was backed by shareholders of the two firms on Wednesday.
The tie-up was announced in March and it will create a firm with net assets in excess of GBP300 million.
Invesco Bond Income Plus Ltd will begin trading on Monday.
City Merchants High Yield Trust shares closed up 4.5% at 199.00 pence each in London on Friday.
