LONDON (Alliance News) - CH Bailey PLC on Wednesday said it will cancel its shares from trading on the London Stock Exchange on February 14 after shareholders approved the special resolution at the company's general meeting.
The group of businesses, with investments in leisure, property and engineering, said at the meeting all resolutions were passed.
The company's last day of trading on AIM will be February 13, after which point the shares will be cancelled.
CH Bailey shares were untraded at 92.50 pence each on Wednesday.
