Cerillion wins USD11 million contract with Caucasus telecoms operator

20th Jan 2025 09:41

(Alliance News) - Cerillion PLC on Monday said it signed a new contract with a telecommunications operator in the Caucasus region for an initial term of five years.

The London-based billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider said the USD11.4 million contract, which supports its existing profit guidance, has scope to expand further over time.

Cerillion will provide its business support systems and operations support systems software to over one million business-to-business and business-to-customer customers across fixed, mobile, broadband and TV services.

Cerillion Chief Executive Officer Louis Hall said: "After a rigorous tender process, we are delighted to have been awarded this contract. It is another demonstration that our software-as-a-service-based, productised approach is highly attractive, both financially and operationally, when compared to traditional bespoke solutions. The decision over what approach to take for the enterprise software layer is a critical one. Our solution enables telcos to monetise their network infrastructure assets, increase revenue from their assets, enhance efficiencies and drive the customer experience at lower cost and more simply than other solutions."

Cerillion shares rose 2.5% to 1,620.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
