LONDON (Alliance News) - Castle Street Investments PLC said Monday its shareholders had approved the change of its name to CORETX Holdings PLC at the general meeting held on Monday.
The investment firm said it will begin trading under the name on April 12, and Castle Street's code on the London Stock Exchange will change to' COR.L'.
Shares in Castle Street were down 0.4% at 36.00 pence on Monday.
