LONDON (Alliance News) - Paternoster Resources PLC said Wednesday that Canaccord Genuity Group PLC had increased its stake in the natural resources investor to 15% after a transaction on Tuesday.
Canaccord Genuity near-doubled its holding to 1.00 billion shares. Prior to the transaction, Canaccord Genuity held a 8.0% stake in the company.
Shares in Paternoster Resources were untraded at 0.09 pence per share on Wednesday.
