LONDON (Alliance News) - Camco Clean Energy PLC and Kuala Innovations Ltd on Tuesday both outlined plans to change their names.
Camco intends to change its name to RedT Energy PLC in order to reflect its focus on its RedT energy storage system. The change will be put to shareholders on November 24.
Investment company Kuala, meanwhile, intends to change its name to FastForward Innovations Ltd. It first announced the move last week and said the change will reflect a shift in its investment strategy away from oil and gas towards the technology and biotechnology sectors.
Kuala shareholders will vote on the change on November 23.
