(Alliance News) - Cambridge Nutritional Sciences PLC on Monday said the publication of its audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be delayed to September 8, 2026.
The London-based specialist medical diagnostics company said the delay in the publication, initially planned for August 18, was due to the auditor's and the company's bandwidth in the audit process.
Cambridge Nutritional foresees revenue, cash and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to remain in line with market expectations.
Cambridge Nutritional shares were up 10% at 2.09 pence in London on Monday afternoon.
The company will also hold an investor presentation on September 8 with CEO James Cooper and CFO Ajay Patel.
