(Alliance News) - Asset manager Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has hired Phillip Monks as a non-executive director, effective from February 10.
Monks is currently chief executive officer of lender & savings bank Aldermore Group PLC. He was previously CEO of Europe Arab Bank PLC.
"I welcome Phillip to the board. His skillset and experience will be an asset and I look forward to his contribution," said Brewin Dolphin Chair Simon Miller.
Brewin Dolphin shares were trading 0.1% lower at 356.40 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
