LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV said Monday it sold a multifamily portfolio owned by BCRE REIT and locted in Ohio, US, to a third party for USD77.5 million.
The real estate development and investment company, which expects the sale to be completed in the first quarter of 2019, said that the price of the sale "reflects no material profit or loss" for the company.
Brack Capital Real Estate shares were untraded at 0.44 pence.
