Brack Capital Postpones London De-Listing On Euronext Admission Delay

21st Sep 2018 15:15

LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV on Friday said it has postponed its de-listing from the London Stock Exchange as its prospect for achieving a Euronext Paris listing is now unclear.

In August, Brack Capital's shareholders voted to cancel the company's admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This was intended to occur on Monday, with shares re-admitted to Euronext Paris that same day.

However, as its Euronext Paris listing is still being considered, and its prospect of ever going ahead is now unclear, the investment company has postponed the de-listing.

Brack Capital said that, should the Euronext Paris admission not be achieved, it will "explore alternative actions".

Shares in Brack Capital were untraded at EUR0.30 pence on Friday.
