LONDON (Alliance News) - Boxhill Technologies PLC said Wednesday it continues to work with its auditor KPMG LLP to finalise the annual report and accounts for the year ended January.
Last week, Boxhill shares were suspended from trading on AIM as the company failed to publish its annual report and accounts.
The company said that its auditor has been unable to finalise the report as it is waiting for "certain outstanding information" from one of its banks.
Boxhill said it still expects the work to be completed "shortly".
