LONDON (Alliance News) - Dairy Crest Group PLC said Monday that BlackRock Inc lowered its stake in the company to below 5%.
Prior to Monday's deal, BlackRock held a 5.9% interest in the dairy products manufacturer.
Dairy Crest shares were trading down 0.6% at 627.50 pence each.
