LONDON (Alliance News) - Blackrock Income Strategies Trust PLC on Wednesday said it has decided to undertake a strategic review into its operations following an earlier review of its investment objective and policy.
The trust said it considered a "number of factors" including the performance of its investment portfolio, the cost of its debt, the cost of paying a dividend and its discount management policy.
In light of this, Blackrock Income Strategies said it has now decided to undertake a strategic review and has invited fund management groups to present proposals to its board.
Shares in Blackrock Income Strategies were down 0.1% at 109.89 pence on Wednesday.
