(Alliance News) - IT service management company Billing Services Group Ltd on Friday said it intends to reward its shareholders with a cash payout after completing the sale of BSG Wireless.
Billing Services announced the agreement to sell BSG to Wi-Fi provider Single Digits Connection LLC for USD5.3 million in January.
"As announced on January 31, following the completion of the disposal of BSG Wireless Limited, the company intends to make a cash distribution to shareholders during the first quarter of 2020. Further details will be provided in due course," the company explained.
Shares closed untraded at 3.20 pence each in London on Friday.
