(Alliance News) - Video analytics provider Big Sofa Technologies Group PLC said Tuesday that it shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of delisting its shares on AIM.
As a result, Big Sofa said it expects the cancellation of its shares to take place on April 29. Big Sofa did note however that its formal sales process will change as a result of the share cancellation, and the company will remain subject to the City Code.
Shares in Big Sofa are currently suspended in London.
