(Alliance News) - Adept4 PLC said private equity firm BGF Investment Management Ltd exited its more than 7% stake in the IT services provider following a transaction on Friday.
BGF sold out of its stake in the AIM-listed firm, having previously held a 7.6% holding. Shares in Warrington-based Adept4 were 8.2% higher at 1.78 pence in London on Friday.
