Bellzone Mining Shares Cancelled After Nominated Advisor Resignation (ALLISS)

14th Jan 2019 10:50

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Bellzone Mining PLC were cancelled from AIM trading on Monday following the resignation of its nominated advisor.

Bellzone's shares were suspended on December 3 due to concerns over its financial position when its largest shareholder, Hudson Global Group Ltd, informed Bellzone that it was "no longer considering providing any additional funding".

Bellzone then appointed liquidators on December 13, after failing to sell its Konta Port asset in Guinea.

WH Ireland Ltd resigned as Bellzone's nominated advisor and broker on that date. Bellzone had one month to appoint a new nomad before the cancellation of its shares but said it had no plans to do so.

This deadline having passed without hiring of a new nomad, Bellzone's shares have now been cancelled.
