LONDON (Alliance News) - BCB Holdings Ltd Friday said it intends to change its name to Caribbean Investment Holdings Ltd to better reflect its strategic focus.
BCB is a parent holding company with no independent assets or operations, running its assets through its subsidiaries which focuses on financial services in Belize.
BCB shares were untraded on Friday, last trading at 7.0 pence per share.
