LONDON (Alliance News) - Realm Therapeutics PLC on Thursday said Bavaria Industries Group AG has picked up a 6.0% stake in the biopharmaceutical company in a transaction on Wednesday.
Also, Invesco Ltd reduced its stake in Realm to 3.3% from 9.6% beforehand.
Shares in Realm Therapeutics closed up 5.8% at 7.94 pence on Thursday.
