LONDON (Alliance News) - Earthport PLC said on Monday that FTSE 100-listed bank Barclays PLC increased its interest in the cross-border payments platform to 6.11% from below the notifiable threshold in a transaction on Thursday last week.
Shares in Earthport closed flat at 36.50 pence, while Barclays shares ended 2.4% higher at 158.32p on Monday.
