(Alliance News) - Avanti Communications Group PLC said Thursday it has reappointed Christopher McLaughlin as non-executive director with immediate effect.
McLaughlin previously served as non-executive director at the satellite communications firm from 2017 to 2018, before being appointed as chief of Corporate and External Affairs.
Prior to Avanti, McLaughlin was chief marketing officer at FTSE 250 satellite communications company Inmarsat PLC until January this year, prior to which he held "similar international roles" at tobacco giant Philip Morris International, payment card company Visa International, TV network ITV PLC and at the BBC.
Shares in Avanti Communications were down 6.9% at 1.66 pence on Thursday.
