LONDON (Alliance News) - Autins Group PLC said Monday its Chief Executive Officer-elect Gareth Kaminski-Cook will be joining the insulation firm earlier than expected.
Kaminski-Cook - currently a senior executive at Low & Bonar PLC - will join from the start of October. Previously, he was due to start from mid-January 2019.
"We are delighted that we have been able to bring forward Gareth's start date to the beginning of our financial year," Autins Chairman Adam Attwood said. "We look forward to the positive impact that he will bring to the group."
In March, current CEO Michael Jennings announced he was leaving the firm to return to his role as boss of Hydro International Ltd. He was appointed Autins boss in June 2017, having been interim CEO since February that year.
In mid-July, Autins clarified Jennings will leave at the end of August to be replaced by Non-Executive Director Ian Griffiths on an interim basis until Kaminski-Cook takes up his post.
Shares in Autins were untraded at 38.50 pence on Monday.
