Autins Hires Gareth Kaminski-Cook From Low & Bonar As Chief Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Autins Group PLC, a manufacturer of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, said Monday that it has appointed Gareth Kaminski-Cook as chief executive officer.

Cook will be joining Autins from Low & Bonar PLC, a UK-listed performance materials group, where he is director of Strategy, Sales & Marketing and global business director for Interiors & Transportation. Cook will join as Autins as chief executive no later than January 13, 2019.

Autins also said its current CEO, Michael Jenning, will leave the company on August 31 and to ensure the continued smooth transition to new leadership, it will appoint Ian Griffiths as interim CEO. Griffiths has been a non-executive director of the company since August 2016.

Shares in Autins Group were trading 2.6% lower at 38.00 pence each on Monday afternoon. Low & Bonar was down 1.6% at 50.20p.
