Autins Chief Executive Hands In Notice To Return To Previous Role

15th Mar 2018 11:03

LONDON (Alliance News) - Autins Group PLC said Thursday its Chief Executive Michael Jennings has given his notice to resign to return to his old job.

Shares in the company were down 16% on Thursday morning at 92.00 pence each.

Jennings will continue as Autins CEO for a period of up to 12 months to ensure a smooth transition whilst the acoustic and thermal insulation firm looks for a successor.

Autins said Jennings will be going back to Hydro International Ltd as its chief executive, the position he held before joining Autins.

Non-Executive Chairman Adam Attwood said: "During his tenure as Chief Executive, Michael has significantly improved the organisation, processes and detailed plans that are required to deliver the future growth from market penetration and customer diversification which underpins and remains the company's strategic objective."
