(Alliance News) - Auctus Growth PLC on Friday reported a widened annual loss due to increased costs.
Auctus, still looking to seal an acquisition, posted a pretax loss of GBP65,285 in the year to June 30, stretched from GBP19,388.
Operating expenses more than doubled to GBP65,285.
"The increase from the previous period was due to additional professional, regulatory and insurance costs," Auctus said.
Shares closed untraded at 26.50 pence each in London on Friday.
