LONDON (Alliance News) - Asiamet Resources Ltd on Wednesday said that it raised CAD128,855 after Optiva Securities Ltd exercised its warrants.
The minig company issued 2.2 million shares at a price of CAD0.06 each after the exercise.
Following the admission, the group had a total of 927.4 million shares, having previously held 925.2 million shares.
The group said that after the exercise it had 3.5 million warrants at CAD0.05 and 3.5 million warrants at CAD0.10 on issue, expiring on December 23 and April next year, respectively.
Shares in Asiamet Resources were trading 1.6% lower at 11.06 pence per share on Wednesday afternoon.
