(Alliance News) - Aseana Properties Ltd said Monday it has appointed Richard Boleat as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Boleat is currently chair of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Fund, having been in the role for six years since 2013, and also for India-focused real estate investor Yatra Capital Ltd, for nine years since 2010.
Shares in Aseana Properties were untraded on Monday, last quoted at USD0.496.
