LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecommunications software and services company Artilium PLC on Tuesday said it partnered with renewable energy and power transmission project developer Tritente Global Energy Group to launch the Artilium-Africa venture.
Artilium-Africa will seek to meet the demand for data and telecom services in the African market, Artilium said, and will be financially structured on a deal-by-deal basis.
"Tritente is the perfect platform for Artilium to expand into Africa, which is in the early stages of the data and telecom revolution," said Artilium Chief Executive Bart Weijermars.
Artilium shares were flat at 5.7 pence on Tuesday.
