LONDON (Alliance News) - Natural language generation technology company Arria NLG PLC said on Monday it has issued GBP545,000 of loan notes.
Arria NLG said the loan notes, covering 499,283 B warrants and 999,486 C warrants, will be convertible into the company's ordinary shares at 40.00 pence per share, and can be exercised until October 31, 2019.
The company said the issue of loan notes will be used for short-term working capital requirements.
Shares in Arria NLG were up 11% at 16.06p Monday morning.
