LONDON (Alliance News) - Armstrong Ventures PLC on Thursday said it has agreed to invest a further GBP57,500 in MelodyVR Ltd.
In a statement, Armstrong said it is making the investment through secured convertible loan notes.
The move follows on from the investment of GBP212,500 made in MelodyVR in January, making a total investment to date of GBP270,000.
"The board of Armstrong is excited by the opportunities offered by companies such as MelodyVR that provide content to be used on the virtual reality headsets being launched by a number of major technology companies in 2016. The board continues to explores VR and other investment opportunities," Armstrong said.
Shares in Armstrong Ventures were down 1.5% at 0.0133 pence on Thursday.
