(Alliance News) - Safety, specialty and industrial services firm APi Group Corp on Monday said it expects to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday this week.
APi's London Stock Exchange shares were suspended in September 2019 when it announced its plan to buy APi Group Inc. On or before Wednesday, APi will request that its London shares be cancelled.
APi expects "its domestication into a Delaware corporation" to take place on Tuesday.
