(Alliance News) - APC Technology Group PLC on Monday said its shares were cancelled from trading on the London Stock Exchange following a takeover, valuing the company at over GBP18 million.
Specialist Components Ltd made a 10 pence per share bid for APC in September, valuing at GBP18.3 million.
APC provides design, specification, and distribution services for specialist electronics, lighting technologies, and connectivity products. Specialist Components is a vehicle set up by investment manager Harwood Capital LLP.
