LONDON (Alliance News) - Photonstar LED Group PLC on Wednesday said Antos Glogowski now holds a 21% stake in the company.
Earlier on Wednesday, Photonstar announced it had raised GBP170,000 via the placing of 1.70 billion new shares. Glogowski now holds 758.0 million Photonstar shares, equivalent to a 21% stake.
Photonstar intends to become a cash shell and has been winding up its LED lighting business in order to pursue other opportunities.
Photonstar plans on changing its name to Bould Opportunities PLC subject to shareholder approval.
Shares in Photonstar closed up 1.0% at 0.010 pence on Wednesday.
