LONDON (Alliance News) - Amigo Holdings PLC said Monday that founder and Director James Benamor formally resigned from the company.
Benamor originally announced his intention to resign in early September. This was after his investment vehicle - and major Amigo shareholder - Richmond Group Ltd no longer wished to be represented on the board.
Chairman Stephan Wilcke said: "On behalf of the whole board I would like to express our gratitude to James for his huge contribution to Amigo. We look forward to continuing our engagement with him and the Richmond Group as a major shareholder."
Amigo shares closed 1.4% higher at 250.00 pence each.
