Altitude Group reports top-end revenue but passes on dividend payment

3rd Aug 2026 13:46

(Alliance News) - Altitude Group PLC on Monday reported sales at the top-end of prior guidance benefiting from a full year contribution of the University Gear Shop contracts awarded in 2025.

The London-based marketplace operator for the promotional products industry swung to a pretax loss of USD162,000 in the financial year ended March 31 from USD421,000 the year prior.

Adjusted operating profit of USD3.8 million was up slightly on-year from USD3.7 million, and above April's guidance for it to remain flat year-on-year.

Revenue increased 19% to USD44.4 million from USD37.3 million, at the top-end of USD43.5 million to USD44.5 million guidance, while cost of sales grew 25% and administrative expenses rose 15%.

Sales benefited from a full year contribution of the University Gear Shop contracts awarded in 2025 and growth in the affiliate programme during the year.

No dividend was declared and Altitude said its policy remains under review and will be revisited as the "earnings and cash generation profile develops".

Shares in Altitude fell 2.6% to 25.32 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
