LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Returns Group PLC Monday said it has appointed Non-Executive Director Anthony Drury as its non-executive chairman, replacing interim chairman Chan Cheong Yee who will remain on the board as an executive director.
AIM-listed Alpha Returns said the appointment is effective from July 31.
Alpha Returns shares were quoted up 5.7% at 3.70 pence late Monday afternoon.
