LONDON (Alliance News) - African Eagle Resources PLC Wednesday said its shares will be cancelled from trading from the London Stock Exchange's junior market, as the company's investing policy has not been implemented within six months of their suspension.
The company will change its primary listing to the AltX exchange, where shares also are currently suspended and will see its AIM status cancelled on Thursday.
The shares were suspended last August.
