LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in both AEC Education PLC and SyQic PLC were suspended from trading on AIM Tuesday, after the two companies separately said they would not be able to publish their 2015 results by the end of the month.
As a result the companies will not meed the deadline required by AIM rules.
The suspension will remain in place until the companies have published their results.
