LONDON (Alliance News) - Funds managed by Advent International Corp Thursday announced plans to sell 33.3 million shares in administration and payment services company Equiniti Group PLC, equivalent to an 11% stake in the company.
The shares will be sold at a price of 165 pence per share to institutional investors, through Equiniti (Luxembourg) Sarl. Shares in Equiniti were up 0.9% at 166.75 pence Thursday afternoon.
This placing will be conducted via an accelerated bookbuild which will be launched immediately, with Liberum Capital Ltd acting as sole bookrunner.
Equiniti will not receive any proceeds from the placing.
