LONDON (Alliance News) - Abzena PLC shares were suspended from trading on AIM on Thursday as the company's acquisition by Astro BidCo Ltd became effective.
The biopharmaceutical technology firm expects its shares to be cancelled on Friday.
Astro Bidco Ltd, a firm set up by WCAS XII-Astro LP for the takeover, had offered 16 pence per Abzena share in August, valuing the company at GBP34.4 million.
