LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd on Monday said it signed an agreement to amend the terms of its existing credit facility with Lloyds Bank PLC.
Under the agreement, its existing secured GBP15 million multi-currency revolving credit facility has been amended to a secured GBP40 million four-year multi-currency revolving credit facility.
The facility will be available for general corporate and working capital purposes.
Shares in Aberdeen Private Equity were trading up 0.5% at 87.90 pence on Monday morning.
