(Alliance News) - Property firm A&J Mucklow PLC will leave the London Stock Exchange on Friday, it said on Thursday, following its takeover.
In late May, LondonMetric Property PLC agreed a GBP414.7 million cash-and-share offer for A&J Mucklow. The deal sees LondonMetric pay 655.20 pence per share, with 204.50p in cash and 2.19 new LondonMetric shares for every Mucklow share.
A&J Mucklow shares have now been suspended from trading, ahead of cancellation on Friday. LondonMetric shares were down 0.4% Thursday morning at 202p.
