Mapp will leave the board after serving for eight years. Rogers currently is chair of home improvement retailer Wickes Group PLC and senior independent director of nutrition products maker Kerry Group PLC. As an executive, he was chief financial officer of Whitbread PLC and then global managing director of its Costa Coffee arm until 2016. Costa was sold to Coca-Cola Co in 2019.
