HgCapital Trust PLC - provides access to private equity investments of manager Hg - The London-listed investment trust will invest GBP11 million as part of an overall USD500 million investment by Hg in Rightsline Software Inc. Rightsline is a Los Angeles, California-based provider of rights and royalties management software. Rightsline's majority owner, Klass Capital, will invest alongside Hg, as will Salem Partners and the Rightsline management team.
