(Alliance News) - CCTV firm 21st Century Technology PLC is to rename, it said on Wednesday, and also carry out a share reorganisation.
The company is to called itself Journeo PLC, to reflect a "new direction and reinforce new branding". A vote on the matter will be held on December 2.
21st Century Technology is also to carry out a 1-for-4,000 share reorganisation. It said at the closing price on Monday of 3.5 pence each in London, anyone holding less than 4,000 shares would likely lose money after paying administrative costs.
The firm would also save costs itself caused by having a large shareholder register.
Shares were 6.4% higher on Wednesday afternoon in London at 4.15p each.
