LONDON (Alliance News) - British Empire Trust PLC on Tuesday said that 1607 Capital Partners LLC reduced its stake in the company to 4.91%.
Prior to Monday's deal, 1607 Capital held a 9.99% interest in the trust.
British Empire Trust shares were trading down 0.1% at 705.00 pence each on Tuesday.
