Town Centre Securities PLC - Leeds, England-based property investment and car parking operator - Says 4.0 million shares have been repurchased via a tender offer at a price of 185.0 pence each. This represents a 19% premium to the company's closing price of 155p on July 14, being the last business day before the announcement. In total, this will return GBP7.4 million to shareholders. The 4.0 million shares represent around 7.6% of the company's issued share capital and will reduce share capital to 48.5 million shares, from 52.5 million shares. Read More
