The JV is between the company and the Highgrove Group, set up in 2016. As at December 31, Town Center's investment in BLG was GBP6.5 million. Net investment made today amounts to GBP3.5 million. Town Centre Securities PLC - Leeds, England-based property investor, car park and hotel operator - Completes the sale of the residential element of the development site at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds to build-to-rent residential developer Glenbrook for GBP13.0 million. The book value of this part of the development site at December 31 was GBP10.0 million. The proceeds from the sale will be used to repay bank borrowings with the balance retained for working capital, such bringing forward further development on the remainder of the site and to fund further investments.
