Scholium Group PLC - London-based rare books, arts and collectibles - Promotes Bernard Shapero to chief executive officer and board director. Shapero is founder & managing director of Shapero Rare Books Ltd, the core trading division of Scholium. Also hires Philip Tansey to be part-time chief financial officer, replacing the retiring Peter Floyd. Tansey was CFO of brokers WH Ireland and Panmure Gordon.
