OnTheMarket PLC - Aldershot, Hampshire-based property listing website - Says that shareholders voted for its takeover at its annual general meeting Monday. In October, OnTheMarket said it had agreed to a takeover from indirect CoStar Group Inc subsidiary CoStar UK Ltd for around GBP99 million. CoStar is a Washington, DC-based online real estate marketplace, information and analytics provider in the commercial and residential property sector.
